WAYS TO SUPPORT
The funds will be used to operate our annual programs that go directly to benefiting the recipients of our program to provide recovery services from substance abuse or dependency and to assist in creating a stable life and a safe environment for them and their children. Our program recipients are 100% in Dallas County.
The operating budget of the Foundation supports its role in providing monitored drug testing,
rehabilitation treatment, medical and dental treatment, clothing, transportation, psychological
testing, and, where funds are available, lodging expenses to relocate families to safer locales.
Grants and other donations allow the Foundation to support the Court in its role to help candidates meet court deadlines and hearings, receive drug treatment, travel to the necessary medical and dental appointments, job interviews and consistently show up to work.
Moreover, funding through Grants and donations supports the Court in its program to provide treatment and testing for effective rehabilitation and recovery, a significant yet necessary expense in evaluating progress toward favorable results to reunite children with their parents. The program is approximately 18 months and is a long and arduous process but well worth it for the family and the taxpayer.
